Christina Rossetti born 5 - 12 - 1830 of distinguised Republican Nationalist Italian parents 'Assylum Seekers' in exile, herself a ''rediscovered'' poet of Pre- Raphalite Movement connection through her artist Brothers Dante and William founders of the movement. Christina is particularly known for her poem Goblin Market (A Pwca favourite of course) which she wrote in 1859 but was not published until 1862 in Goblin Market and other poems. Christina is bueried in Highgate Cemetary, if possible Pobl Pwca should visit her grave, not least on the 29th December annually, leaving floral tributes in her memory. I shall attempt to do so myself this year, if possible but cannot promise.
